Lay down on your side

Change your pillows
If you haven’t changed your pillows in a while it might be time to do so. There are a lot of fibers in out dirty pillows that we might be allergic to. This in turn can cause your throat to get irritated. This in turn causes snoring.

Use a CPAP machine
This one might not be 100% natural but its close enough to be an option. With the use of a CPAP machine you can force air down your through. This makes it so your throat and airway do not close off. If it closes off while you sleep you might be depriving your body of oxygen.
